You will be joining a company dedicated to empowering healthcare providers and patients with accurate, actionable, and personalised genomic insights. Our commitment to innovation and excellence drives us to continually push the boundaries of genetic testing.

As the Clinical Services Sales Manager, you’ll be a key player in driving our growth strategy. You will forge partnerships with healthcare professionals, hospitals, clinics, and research institutions to expand the reach and impact of our genomic testing services.

Key responsibilities:

Drive revenue growth and market expansion of Clinical Sales

E

Develop and implement sales strategies to penetrate new markets and maximise business opportunities

E

Cultivate and nurture relationships with key stakeholders in the healthcare industry, including physicians, genetic counsellors, and healthcare administrators

E

Strategic customer management, NHSE, NHS/GLH, NHS trusts, Private hospital management groups, Insurers, Advocacy groups

E

Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging our cutting-edge genomic testing services to meet evolving healthcare needs

E

Maintain and update the company CRM system and provide accurate weekly forecasting on expected business

E

Provide customer feedback to enable continual service development and improvement

E

Monitor competitor activity and product offerings

E

Attend conferences to promote company services

E

Present to a wide variety of customers including different levels of seniority and clinical roles

E

Keep up to date with genomic sequencing technologies and applications

Requirement:

You will want to work in a culture of innovation, driving the future of genomic diagnostics and have a proven track record in clinical sales and leadership within the healthcare/life science sector. As a fast-growing organisation, there is real scope for impact, so you will regularly use your exceptional communication and presentation skills to engage and influence key stakeholders. As a strategic thinker, with a results-driven mindset, you will be joining a collaborative team of experts dedicated to excellence in genetic diagnostics. Your excellent knowledge of NHS systems and commissioning structure will enable the appropriate positioning of IGL products and services.
